At Juicy Charms, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on our shipping process.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Free shipping is available on orders over £50.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Juicy Charms is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please use the tracking link provided to monitor your order’s journey and delivery status.

Delivery Responsibility & Safe Place Deliveries

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is secure and that someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.

• Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or accessible location if delivery cannot be completed in person.

• Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier (including photo evidence, GPS confirmation, or safe place delivery), responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.

• Juicy Charms cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or taken after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates and selecting a secure delivery option if you may not be home.

Returned to Sender / Missed Deliveries

• If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or being uncollected from a pickup point, we can arrange redelivery once additional postage has been paid.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Juicy Charms is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international locations, including the EU, Ireland, Asia, Australia, and more.

• Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination (5–11 working days).

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

• As a small independent brand, we are unable to cover customs duties upfront.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import fees. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the order excluding shipping costs, once the item is received in its original condition.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lucysjuicycharms@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
