Q. Do you accept returns or refunds?

A. Returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed. However, feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues with your order, and I will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. I ship to Wales, Scotland, and England, as well as international destinations like Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. I also ship to the EU and Ireland.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, but only if you select Tracked 48/24HR Shipping. You can track your package on the Royal Mail website.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be shipped.

Q. What materials are used in your jewellery?

A. All chains and clasps are made from stainless steel. Some charms may be mixed metals, but I have a dedicated section for tarnish-free jewellery, which will be noted in the product description, if you’re creating your own material of the charm will be noted in the description.
