JUICY CHARMS RETURN POLICY

At JUICY CHARMS, all jewellery is handmade, bespoke, and made-to-order, using high-quality materials and careful attention to detail. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases.

Instead, we offer a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction.

 

JUICY CHARMS JEWELLERY WARRANTY POLICY

We are committed to creating jewellery that is both beautiful and durable. The following limited warranty applies to all JUICY CHARMS pieces:

 

30-Day Charm Attachment Guarantee

We guarantee that our charms are securely attached and made to last under normal wear conditions for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This guarantee is valid only if:


  • The jewellery has not been subjected to rough handling, such as pulling, tugging, or other misuse

 

30-Day Tarnish Guarantee

(Gold-Filled & Stainless Steel / 18K Gold-Plated Charms Only)

We offer a 30-day tarnish-free guarantee on charms made from gold-filled or stainless steel / 18K gold-plated materials. This guarantee does not apply to alloy-based charms.

This guarantee is valid only under normal wear conditions. It does not cover:


  • Exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Contact with perfumes or lotions
  • Excessive moisture or water
  • Improper storage or care

To maintain the appearance of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding chemicals and moisture, and cleaning gently with a soft, dry cloth.

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you experience an issue within the 30-day warranty period, please contact us via the contact form on the website. Please include:


  • Your order details
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs (if applicable)

Each request will be reviewed individually.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or neglect
  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorised third parties
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect sizing or fit (customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering)
  • Changes of mind — JUICY CHARMS does not accept returns or exchanges

 

JUICY CHARMS reserves the right to refuse any claim that falls outside of the conditions stated above.
