Currently, we do not accept returns if an item is unwanted or if you’ve changed your mind. However, we stand behind our jewellery with a warranty policy to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Charm Attachment Guarantee

We guarantee that our charms are securely attached and made to last under normal conditions for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for the 30-Day Charm Attachment Guarantee:

• No Misuse: This guarantee is valid only if the jewellery has not been subjected to rough handling, such as pulling, tugging, or other forms of misuse. We encourage careful handling to preserve the charm’s quality.

30-Day Tarnish Guarantee for Gold-Filled and Stainless Steel/18K Gold-Plated Charms

We also provide a 30-day tarnish-free guarantee for charms made from gold-filled or stainless steel/18K gold-plated materials.

Conditions for the 30-Day Tarnish Guarantee:

• Normal Wear Only: This guarantee does not cover tarnishing caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.

• Proper Care: To help maintain your jewellery’s shine, please avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and moisture, and clean with a soft, dry cloth as needed.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact me using the contact form on the sidebar. Be ready to provide your order information and a description of the issue. We may ask for images or additional documentation to evaluate your claim.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

 

• Loss or theft of jewellery

• Warranty does not cover changes of mind regarding the jewellery, i do not accept exchanges.

• Warranty does not cover if the jewellery size does not fit.

•You are responsible for choosing the correct size when ordering.

• Damage from improper care, misuse, or neglect

• Repairs or modifications made by unauthorised third parties

JUICY CHARMS reserves the right to review each warranty request individually.
